A Tiny World Unfolds

Create a whimsical accordion-fold book filled with watercolor, collage, and handcrafted “fodder.” We’ll paint loose botanical backgrounds, then layer fussy-cut flowers, insects, leaves, and other mixed-media elements to build a miniature meadow that unfolds panel by panel.

Bees hover, flowers bloom, ladybugs appear, and every fold offers another little surprise. You’ll learn easy techniques for painting, layering, and composing with mixed-media elements, then assemble them into a one-of-a-kind keepsake that is as delightful to make as it is to display.

No drawing experience is necessary. This class emphasizes creative play over perfection, making each book a unique celebration of nature. All materials are provided.

Each participant will receive a take-home art kit to continue practicing what they learn in class.
